A ball girl was left shaken during a match at the Gran Canaria Challenger when high winds toppled the umpire’s chair on Thursday.
The incident happened during the match between Nikola Milojevic and Eduard Esteve Lobato, which the latter won in straight sets.

But during the second set, the umpire had stepped down on the court to check a ball mark on the clay court.

When the umpire was still on court, stiff wind blew down the chair. The ball girl was standing right underneath the chair and had to take evasive action quickly.

The player and the umpire rushed to the aid of the ball kid and asked her if she was okay.
“Yes, yes, yes,” she replied.
Someone then asked: “Did it hit you?”

To which the girl responded: “Almost.”
The girl was then escorted off the court for further medical assistance.
